Hi, I’m Dr Masi Njawaya — a Sports & Exercise Medicine Physician and Founder of HERSELF HEALTH.

During the final years of my Sports and Exercise Medicine Fellowship training, I struggled with career–life balance and realised I needed to build a healthy lifestyle as the foundation for success, not as something I’d do “when life calmed down.”

That’s what led me to deepen my training in lifestyle medicine and health coaching and combine it with my clinical work — to help women build sustainable energy, calm, and strength in a way that fits real life.
