Hi, I’m Dr Masi!

I’m driven by the knowledge that by transforming our experiences in leadership and at work, we can revolutionise our holistic health & and wellbeing as individuals and collectively across our communities.

Workplace stress doesn’t stop at the office door; it spills into homes, affecting relationships, health, and happiness. We realised it was time for a bold change: transforming the workplace from the inside out, starting with its leaders.

My vision is a world where people are successful, happy, healthy, and fulfilled at work and in their personal lives.

I bring over 20 years of medical experience, specialising in sport, exercise and lifestyle medicine. This means you get science-backed health and wellbeing strategies delivered through a fun, personalised and personable coaching framework.

While my journey began with empowering mothers and women in leadership roles to achieve work-life balance & wellbeing (you’ll note my business name is Herself Health), over the past year, I’ve been requested to run programs for leadership and teams for both men and women – and I couldn’t say no.

I offer tailored coaching and consulting services that bring out the best in you and your team, ensuring a thriving workplace culture while positively impacting the world.
